ARROW Hand Sign Concept by Weiche Wu & Kwang Hyun Ahn looks at starting a new trend amongst teens, where they obtain hooked to sticking these glow-in-the-dark arrow-tattoos, which usually double up as hands signals for night period cycling. The socially responsible message is evident and I think the cool quotient will be good enough to be able to lure sensible and safe riding practices.
