At the 2012 Beijing Auto Show later this April, Honda will existing their plan in order to try and increase their particular market share throughout China. A lot of it revolves close to boring but for a number of reason essential stuff like, and I take this specific from their press release; Brand Marketing communications – and using the sickeningly self-obsessed phrase “A brand new future will be carved out any time Honda takes new actions together with its customers.” Yeah critically, that’s going to be their tagline in China.

More importantly they’re going to increase their R&D within the country, and they’re considering establishing a permanent design studio based within China. They also program to increase production capacity inside China by opening a second plant within Dongfeng. Motorsports will also play a role in promoting the brand, and as such Honda will compete throughout some of the races in the China Touring Auto Championship (CTCC). But it’s the a pair of unnamed profile sketches of two concept automobiles that are associated with most interest. Honda point out both cars were designed to appeal to Chinese customers. Nevertheless they don’t go into just about any further details. Together with the two concepts, Honda will certainly also display their soon-to-be-launched-in-China CR-Z, Insight along with Fit Hybrid models. On the Acura stand is going to be the NSX concept, the ILX and the RDX.
