3×3 Digital Time LED Watch Concept by Heather Sable

I was sketching square digits, and when I came up with these 3×3 digits, I realized that it would be possible to use the Kisai logo as an animated LED display, showing one digit at a time.I chose to place the square logo on a rounded square brushed metal pocket watch, because it doesn’t have any straps to interfere with the geometry. Also, someone who is willing to reach to their pocket to check the time is also probably willing to wait the few seconds it takes to animate the time with LEDs. The animated sample image shows the time 08:53.
Any fan of Tokyoflash who likes to use a pocket watch will appreciate this design.
